We enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The stuff was accommodating & efficient. Booked guest room, that included a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set. The breakfast was savoury and sensational with lots of options.
The bed was very uncomfortable here.

I had a very special stay, thank you so much! The venue was kind, I loved the location in front of the harbour, and garden views. Fresh bread, fruit, cheese and meats looked fab. Staff greet everyone with a cheery smile and were ready to help. The location was quiet, walking distance to all interests. Also, casino nanaimo was at a short distance.

I loved the reception, it was wonderful. Adequate breakfast, nice service. My room was attractive and common, it worked good. Generally everything was 10/10, even so the bathroom was not very clean.

I loved its gorgeous building. Room was new-fashioned and airy and the bathroom was reasonably spacious. The staff was cordial. The location in a domestic area was comfy and there were shops and boutiques nearby. There was an exceptional restaurant with AWESOME meals.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. A nice bed in our room. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Being really close to penny's palapa restaurant was nice, we had dinner there.

great view from the bedroom. the old city station pub is just a walk down to the hotel. free wi fi worked flawlessly.
